Here at Strathclyde Windscreens we are limping in to February and looking forward to any and all signs of Spring. Is it just us or by the time you get to February, does it feel like winter has been here forever? Thankfully we Scots know how dire February can be and put on plenty of events and festivals in Scotland to keep us in good spirits as winter drags on.

Up in Glencoe, February Fest is often a favourite, with ample beer, whiskey, live bands and pub quizzes. It takes places over the entire month so if you hit a wall one weekend in February you can shake it loose at Feb fest!

Too far away?

Not to worry, there are plenty of events closer to home across Strathclyde too.

The Glasgow Film Festival take place from 20th February – 3rd March in Glasgow this year, film buffs can enjoy the latest premiers and film exclusives in the comfort of a cosy cinema.

Edinburgh hosts the Antiques and Collectors Fair this month from 23rd – 24th February 2019. From the weird and wonderful, to the old and unloved, many hours can pass by blissfully looking for the perfect antique.
