When it comes to Windscreen repair, it can be difficult to know who to choose. We are all bombarded with choice every day for every decision and purchase we make, TV, radio and local newspaper, facebook adverts.. and then add google searches to the confusion!
At Strathclyde Windscreens, we have tended to let the quality of our work spread via word of mouth. We’ve been replacing cracked and chipped windscreens for over 30 years and whilst we still have a core base of customers who know and trust the high quality of our work, we still try to reach new customers via our blog and social media presence. Facebook is a mixed bag and can sometimes drive you nuts. However, one huge benefit for any consumer or customer is being able to read feedback and reviews. We admit, we were a but nervous when we opened ourselves up to google and facebook reviews, but we we are confident about the quality of our service so took the risk.

“Got up this morning to a smashed rear windscreen. Normal insurer process through to Autoglass gave first available date for replacement as 7th Sep – a whole week!! Found Strathclyde Windscreens via google, called them up and four hours later my windscreen has been replaced. OK, due to who my insurer is I had to pay upfront and now claim back the money but it’s worth it for the swift and competent customer service from Strathclyde Windscreens!”
